Dr. Samantha Harte is a physical therapist, performing artist, podcast host, and sober mom of two. She has been featured in People magazine, Time magazine Best Life and the New York Post for her expertise on the intersection of mind-body health and wellness.

Her self-help memoir, Breaking The Circuit: How to Rewire Your Mind for Hope, Resilience and Joy in the Face of Trauma, is set to release on June 10th. The book is a raw and honest depiction of Samantha’s life, which has had its fair share of trauma, loss and heartbreak.

After more than a decade in recovery, she decided to reimagine the 12 steps so they become modern, trauma-informed and universally applicable to addicts and non-addicts alike.
