MEET SAMANTHA
Meet Samantha Harte, a yoga certified Doctor of Physical Therapy and lifelong dancer. As your brave retreat leader, she infuses movement, music and mindfulness into each day so that participants can have a new experience with the brain-body connection, giving people the knowledge they need to move with power, purpose and joy. Specifically, the days are packed with meditation, yoga, nervous system retraining, strength classes and dance fitness to not only teach participants foundational information about their bodies but also provide a portal for a transformative spiritual experience.
Samantha believes that movement is medicine. With 13 years sober from drugs and alcohol, exercise has become a sanctuary—a place she taps into her joy and intuition every 24 hours. After many years of battling her own body dysmorphia, Samantha has found peace and power in movement by coupling her education and inner knowing into her daily routine. As a busy mom of two, she understands time as the most valuable resource and has mastered the art of placing the oxygen mask on herself first. She is a living embodiment of how a consistent fitness and wellness routine leads to a clear mind, a calm spirit and a deeply connected life.

The Purpose
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund available if cancelling with at least 12 weeks notice, on or no later than December 28th, 2022.
- 50% refund available if cancelling with at least 6 weeks notice, on or no later than February 8th, 2022.
- 25% refund available if cancelling with at least 3 weeks notice, on or no later than March 1st, 2023.
- No refunds available if cancelling with less than 3 weeks notice, or any time after March 1st, 2023.
Covid Policy
At this point in the pandemic, participants have full agency to determine their comfort level in this retreat experience. Masks are optional, and of course, if anyone is experiencing signs or symptoms related to Covid-19 we will follow the local CDC guidelines.
